  I have pre-ordered, been given reccomendations by staff and i have requested many books here over the years. They have ALWAYS arrived in a perfectly acceptable/reasonable amount of time and it doesn't matter which staff member I get I am always always treated kindly and with modern honest respect. Casa de libro is one of my favourite shops in town. I find it hard to not to go in!

  I asked for three books. Took 3 weeks for them to realize one wasn't available on the editor. Asked me for several times if I wanted them to send the other two. (YES; I needed them). Eventually the books I had asked appeared in the purchase basket. I deleted the one that wasn't available and tried to buy the other two, believing that was what I was expected to do. Nopppeeee. They decided to send me the two batches of exactly the same books. Impossible to reason with them. Impossible to make a letter as they limit the letters of each message. Two of the books arrived today. One has a defect.
